[RECRUITING] Verging Paradox

FIRST THINGS FIRST.

I wanna make this team thing happen, so I'm making this team so it stands a chance.

This is a replacement for Shift's original group that he was unable to run due to being busy.
This isn't because "OOOOOO WE WANT A TEAM TOOOO YAYAYAYA".
No.
This is for the sake of having two, equally formidable teams in our GFX section.
This way, we can battle, compete, and learn from each other.
Now, this is the way I see it:
Most of the more experienced people are on Doc's team.
If a good amount of you will be willing to move over to this one, then this team thing just might work.
If not, then we'll have one team that will win every single battle, and one team that just calls themselves a team, has members quitting all the time because they lose, aren't good enough, or whatever, and steals my resources that I'll be graciously making and posting.
And the team idea will fail, and GFX section is useless once again.

Now, for the actual team part.

I'll be releasing resources on my own, and should more experienced people join with me, we can release packs.
I want to have an even balance of beginners and decent designers in this team, meaning we'll be able to teach those who want to learn, and have a chance at winning battles, and release good packs.

I'm going to get the spots for experienced members out of the way first, and then the beginner spots.
I'll be choosing a second and third in command, possibly a fourth, but that's all if this works out the way I want it to.

Those of you who want to learn, enjoy design, and just want to have some fun with this, feel free to apply.
But I only want serious applications.

Why you should be accepted: I've been trying to find private tutors for a while and I'm a little tired of reading tutorials and want other ways for me to improve.

Why you should be accepted: I should be accepted because I've been on this site for a while. I'm mostly on GFX section, and fairly active. I get along with most people.
What you intend to get out of this: I intend to get more knowledge on photoshop. I also want to help people with stuff that they don't know, or need help with.
Other Information:
I won't be quitting this team, that's for sure. I'll also like to contribute C4D's/Stocks/etc to the team.
I'm also pretty good with rendering, as I've made my own renders before.
