Sorry guys for mah noob VB questions :S but i need help

how i fill in those white spots by the email pass etc :S i tried Background/wall/transpoarant but no cigar

If you're using a picturebox for the background, don't. Just set the main forms background to the image. The labels transparency setting does make the background transparent, but it ignores other objects around and below it.

Just delete your picturebox and click the main form and go to "BackgroundImage" in properties and browse for the picture you want, then just set the labels backcolor to transparent.

^ J-Deezy is correct. OR, you could use GDI to draw all your components, which will keep the multi-levelled control transparency.
