MY range is 8-50. Depending on map and amount of people.

My FPS ranges from 0.1 to 400. It really depends on the map size, amount of players, and the amount of chat. If the map is huge, with 16 people, and everyone is spamming, my FPS will be around 50. If it's a small map like arena with 2 people in it and nobody is chatting, my FPS is around 400.

Try some of these programs that these Awesome Dudes (MPGH'S) post on these forums.. It takes some of the files out off the Crossfire folder and delete them coz they are not needed to play the game and dont make no difference just lag you more.. But if you take them off it reduces lag.. Dont ask me though, i dont know which files you take off, i will get in big trouble if i pick the wrong files , i cba to download again lol.

Wow, that's really bad.

I usually get around 60 - 100 fps in CrossFire. But my ping compensates for the ownageness of my fps being high.
300+ Ping ~ Just kills my games D:
