I saw someone use it before while fly hacking, was doing so air drops with his fucking unlimted mines he was throwing down :P

Addies and healthy knowledge of C++ and game hacking. D3D aswell if you want a menu hack.

Lol if you just called it a PTC thingie, then you wont be able to code it yourself, an dif we give you the "Thingie" then you do no coding at all

What the fudge are you talking about??? PTC's are just string which you push to the lithtech console... Adresses are spesific memmory adresses whithin a Program for instance
