force host is easy:

go to "Tools / Config" -> set the check "Force to get host on gamestart" ...
that will send the commands that should force you to get host:
party_hostmigration 0; party_connecttimeout 1; badhost_endgameifisuck 0
... or you can set this commands to a hotkey and send them before entering
a lobby. but alteriw.net got some bugs with that ... you can just force host if
you did load the game fresh... else it does often not work.
