Server Problem

Anyone else having problems with the servers?
I've never seen this before.It says maximum limit exceeded.
I know that North America Server it hasn't been full for a long
time anyone know if the servers are down for some reason?
Maybe a update of some short?

The servers aren't full, it's a problem with some realocation of the servers, and due also to the today update's

The servers, in a good day, are only at 30 to 35% (Europe)

max 60% (North Ameica)
