I got banned permanently for buying NX credit. lost a couple 30day guns and a 90day crosshair .
I sent a ticket asking why. they said it was their fault that paypal fucked up and my account got unbanned the next day.
And they gave me extensions on my weapons.

I turned a perm ban into a 50day ban.
Their ticket system sucks baby balls and super slow.
