where to find/idea for some mod makers. a sniper mod

i joined a game yesterday and i came in a sniper mod
that was so mutch fun
there where hanging carepackages in some places why i don't know
you had a goldendeagle as secondairy whit out bullets if you had a 4 killstreak you get 20 bullets for the deagle
you could not scope in for more than 4 seconds
and on the left top of your screen you could see what the next map will be
some times it was in slomotion and i could jump high

it was very mutch fun
maybe an idea for some people here
or it is already here ?
or can someone tell me where to download ?

If you were playing on LobbyTracker, it is a private mod, if u look around u might find one.
