Be sure to have the right coordinates, and be sure that you're actually able to walk wherever you teleport, as there are roofs and other places where you're stuck.

lol i had the same problem but i figured out a solution, when u find a place where you wanna put your elevator wut i do is turn on my server tool and turn on gravity and fly up and if i fall down that means teh flag can go there and u can walk around the area if u just stay floating in the are that means u cant walk around there. hope i helped

CreateElevater(enter, exit, angle) fail no angle at teleporting (:
Ect it Should be:
CreateElevater((First coordaniteswere u want to find the flag), (Second Cordanites were that flag teles to));

the rest is good but u dont need an angle for teleporting unless ur a retart and u want it to fail
