I have a feeling that it's not patched yet since I still see many people having the abilities of this hack.

The thing I'm experiencing is that the hack won't even start. All I see is my UAC message and then nothing loads.

This hacks still work fine on my Win7 64bit, just tested it 5min ago

Either turn off UAC or run as administrator

Right-click on Hahaz.exe > Properties > Compatibility > tick Run as Admin at the bottom.
