Im so stumped! Im thinking about getting a M416 CQB.

Soooo whats the best out of the 3 classes. AR SMG or SR.

AR or SR would be the best buy.

Since you are thinking of an M416 CQB, I would probably go with AR just assuming you are an AR kind of person.
Most of the community sees the G36E as the most overpowered weapon (at least on the nexon forums). So I'm not sure why you would want an NX AR, unless you want to save GP?
I would go with the AK-74M as it is statistically superior to the G36E, and the G36E Valkyrie has no advantage over the G36E.

If recoil is not for you, then by all means the M416 CQB is the best AR choice.

The best buy currently (IF YOU SNIPE) would be the DSR-1 Subsonic. It has 100 damage and 97 accuracy compared to the L96A1's poor 90 accuracy. And you save 1400 gp per day.

For an SMG I'd say the MP7 Mod. The UMP45 has only 1 point of damage more than the UMP.

I don't think the Subsonic will ever be nerfed.

The M4S90 and Auto Turret were nerfed because people kept making threads on the nexon forums about how overpowered they were. They even had an image you put in your signature if you wanted Auto Turrets nerfed.
