Lawl really...and for the ban of the people it wasn't there fault but the one of there anti-cheat and also lot of them was using custom texture hack and external esp hack... so it wasn't really a mistake but steam just tought it was one.

well nah it will work because some guys are stealling cd-key in store but just let it in the game box so the one who bought it don't know it is used. But don't worry that when you will be playing they will check out your IP or some info to know if it was really duplicated than they will just disable the account like that :

actually, no, they arent reporting the same cd key if their dumb, got banned. or used a keygen, which lots of ppl say do not exists which it DOES! if u get banned, the majority of the ppl will go on try this, they wont report the same cd-key, they will report their own banned 1. the thing that'll get them caught is the number of reports that the cd-keys are duplicates
