Lazer Glitch...

Ok, I just got the tenth prestige Lobby mod, for my friends to use (they dont understand EAM) but the lazers for some reason on anything, even single player cause my screen to freak out.. it like freezes the picture so I cant do crap while my friends have all the fun.. either I need to know how to remove the lazers...or someone knows how to fix it. :/ Please help.

the only solution to be able to see i have is to hold a care package beacon..

Ok did that..Still is doing the same thing.. I even restarted Mw2. :/
