Liberation 1.0 problem

I have a problem with liberation. It works perfect on my private matches but I can never host public matches. It finds always lobbies but whaen i try to activate my mods or change the map it doesnt work.

Can i fix this without VAC Chaos or like that?

Did you use the commands to find the host??? If not then u need those. Let me get them.
