Its Working Perfectly Guys and i really mean it 100% working.
1- UnRar
2- Rename ( Any Random Name )
3- Run As Admin.
4- Run MW2.
( Windowed Mode Recommended for easy usage )
Alt + Tab to Switch to hack and Apply whatever hacks you Like.

Dont use Lvl hack in game use it in Lobby.

Hmm... This doesn't work for me... I renamed the file name to something random, ran as admin, then ran alterIWnet and it crashed. Did they patch it already? The BETA version of this still works though.

guys run the hack first then the game most ppl run game then hack which causes crash

I don't know if it's just me or what, I do not have the Auto-ON ones anymore. Others are still working fine. Restarting everything to try again.

yeh It works and stuff but I dont accualy see the menu when i start the game it injects and disapres but the esp still works!
