When playing on the dedicated servers that people are hosting.. ESP doesn't work. UAV works fine though, so that definitely helps. <3

One thing, what means no spread, is look like no recoil?

No spread means that the bullets land where you aim, if you would use it with a shotgun it would look like a giant bullet rather then a lot of small ones :3
