[Suggestion] Have a certain number of post counts to post a hack

I think that we should have a certain number of post counts before we can post a hack. That way, none of us will get viruses (hopefully)

You can have 500 posts and still post a hack with a virus, it wont prove anything.

The majority of viruses probably come from members with low posts so if there is a post count for posting hacks it will probably cut down on the viruses here on MPGH.
