Just small updates & fixes, nothing special.

• Fixed player viewpoint position
• Fixed player glow (now works better with nightvision)
• Fixed no water (the sky a bit buggy though)
• Fixed gravity (when u jump high, u should slowly fall down)
• Added glow monitor (glow must turn on)

i put the dll in my CA folder and injected it with the Infinity injector. the little "is mpgh the best?" thing comes up, i hit yes, everything loads normally but right before the lobby loads up, the game crashes (the little ad popup still happens like i exited the game normally)
