Most useless summoner ability?

What is in your opinion the most useless summoner ability to get?

In my opinion for 3v3 games, Clairvoyance is useless as the map is already tiny as it is, another is revive as its pretty much useless unless you play competitive, so tell me, which do you think are?

The reason I don't like ignite is because sometimes its a big disappointment when it leaves them with 1-30hp and you're like REALLY?

useless summoner spells would be rally i think its not really as helpful as other spells. clavoriance is good whenver because u want mroe map awarness whenever... although i never use it

Fortify is not useless for tanks, doh..

Anyway, the most useless spell is Clarity if you play Kennen/Akali/Shen/Garen/Tryndamere/And so on .. can you LoL now!!

clarity is good on support, improved clairity is helpful, as it gives you map awareness

Clairvoyance you mean? Spec'd clarity just gives nearby allies a mana refill along with yourself.

I'd have to agree with this.

Rally can be useful early game ganks when used right
Exhaust is just pure AWESOME, especially after they revamped it to affect ability damage rather then just blinding their auto attack.

the only time fortify is useful is when you're losing but then you wouldn't know if you were going to lose
