super sprint= g_speed 500 you can change 500 to 1000(highest)
Also this helps with super sprint= player_sprintUnlimited "1"
You can't give unlimited ammo using console..the only way you can do it is using a mod..I use liberation.

g_speed 500 change how fast you run overall. If you want to run fast just when you sprint you can change the sprint scale with: player_sprintSpeedScale 5

From experience, when people ask for super sprint, they mean overall speed

Yo , there is no limit for g_speed, 999 is slower thna 9999 . Here at least it is. O_O, i can do speed 9999999999999 if iwant, Also with jump . Works fine
