    Cant Download Ca

    Well a while ago, i got IP banned and couldnt play CA and i THINK i changed my IP. Probblay not though Now i need help i cant figure how to change my ip with any program, and now when i try to download combat arms it says A error occured with the hack prevention function and it shut downs. PLEASE HELP!
