if some1 [like me for instance] do only quick/full scopes and never no-scopes it might b worth consideration to get siterep pro perk. especially if one tends to camp a bit longer than he/she should ;p

I use it all the time, without S Power and all that bullshit. I quickscope and I win.

Quick Scope with Steady Aim improves accuracy and chance of getting the kill

it improves hip-fire accuracy, so its good if you like to spray without aiming/noscoping, and needed if you use akimbo weapons. The pro version can be useful for hardscopers(campers).
and about WA2000, it kinda owns all other snipers if you know how to use it.
