    [Release] Alteriw Bypass 15 Sept 2010

    How to use:
    • Press thanks button
    • Download & extract steam_api.rar to alteriw folder
    • Replace the steam_api.dll
    • Disable auto update (in iw4mp.cfg : enable_updates 0)
    • Run iw4mp.exe
    • Inject hack u want to use

    can you patch the steam_api.dll so we can use any iw4mp.dat?(game executable). its useful if i want to run a modified version of the game executable that has certain things patched (autoexec.cfg works)
