when i open the hack its says dll. missing and i instaled the dll. missing but still dont work..

Try re-downloading Combat arms

there's a series of files missing,

downoad the required
and place in combat arms folder
you may have to repeat this 2-3 times

Try another hack i think Flame's hack is the best at the moment.
