Is that a real error or a decoy? Olly seems to have problems opening it aswell.

The first error - forget about it, it's not important.

The second one, two things happened:

1. The creator of the program left the dynamic links there, and built it in debug mode.
2. - > Because of this , the program will need those libraries on your computer to run. However, you don't have these (registered with Windows), so it cannot find them to load, and thus you get your error.

hmm ok sorry yea i uploaded the debug one

because i don't have a release folder 0.o maybe because i just got the express edition of microsoft visual c++? I'll try to upload the RELEASE one in the new topic

You just right-click on the project on the solution explorer and click 'Build'...
