How do i know if i got a hw ban?

Since i get banned everytime i make a new account or when im playing on someone elses account it says locked for customer inquiris what ban is this and can i bypass it or something?

If you have a Hardware ban is says somethin like this : '' Global PunkBuster Hardware Ban ''

If you have that, you need a spoofer to play again. ( or new hardware and sjit, or new PC. )

It wouldn't say "global PB ban" it just says regular 1440 ban i believe

Actually you could just insert networkcard on a different slot, well thats what i did and i became unhardware banned

it wasn't that, i was making fun with changing map names so like: Khyber to marien and marien to Khyber ^^.

If you get a hardware ban, The game would kick you out and then say Global Punkbuster Hardware ban. Trust me, you would know.

as above I had a hardware ban within 10 seconds of joining a server you will be kicked with Hardware Ban message from punkbuster

Its not that hard avoid HW band, I mean come on. You would have to be noticed by more then 50 people, I've made tons of hacks and tested them all. I still have not been band, Well...One of my accounts got deleted. =/ I Dunno I use SMAC so I wouldn't know if I got band, But the one account that I have been using to make all my hacks still has not been band or deleted. My point is, you only get noticed if you start showing-off or gloating.
