    That's because it's MISSING.
    Search the DLL on google and download it then put it in your system 32 folder.

    actually u put it in your cobatarms folder it doesnt work on system 32

    i think this has a virus and why dont u put an injector for 64bit computers :/ most injectors are not working....Post injector as well or at least a link to get one!
