UGH! The image is all blurry, it needs to be crisp and clear.
The font is torn, and too small.

• There is no border. Create a new layer, Select All [CTRL+A], "Edit>Stroke..." select 1 Pixel black.
• The render doesn't look right, I would suggest downloading one from a tutorial or a render pack.
• Maybe choose a different font, and put some Blending Options on it.
• Also if I would suggest following some tutorials, maybe from www.pixel2life.com.

But other than that I think it is a good attempt.

check out a tutorial and use it step by step for the first time so u will get the very good swing of things, then u should run off and make your own blendings and other changes to make it personalised, it will be great boost. beleive me i use a tut every know and then just to learn me some new trix, like a rain animation n stuff that will help everyone improve, no matter how good that person is.... dammit i feel like a distressed mother now.
