[MPGH MW2 Server Patch Problem]

Steam = Always Downloading Latest Patch but when I run iw4mp.exe it runs up and AlterIWnet patch download , after a while downloading freezes and this error pops up:

[First Error] alterIWnet External component has thrown an exception

[Second Error] Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program : C:\Program Files/Steam/iw4mp.exe

This application has requested the RUntime to termiate it in an unsuual way
Please contact the application's support team for more information

[I didnt download the game , I own the game (Bought)]

Any ideas on what 2 do?

Install the patch manually.

Take the patches from the AlterIWnet Downloads.
