How to mix up mods?

hey guys i wanted to have like 2 mods at same time but when i try to put another mod when i have like m9 to m11 and when i replace to m9 pro to tracker knife it removes my m9 to m11 plz help

are they .rez files?

or ltb injectables?

well make sure you inject it same time or like make 2 .rez files 1 for tacker and i for m11
