Good reason for this design is that you can navigate through anything with just the scroll button and you wouldn't have to unlock the cursor, press ESC in-game, or have to move the mouse at all. If you got a laptop then.. idk.

The little DASH in the top right is the minimize button
Those little bars to the left are tabs
It if not Complete
And I could not get the Move by title bar to work so i took it out
