    what does it meen that everyone is saying 'wait for aprove' in the comments of a hackfile...??

    Before a hack may be released, a MOD or ADMIN has to take a look at the file, to make sure it works, and if there are any virusses in the file.

    When it's waiting for approval, the MODS/ADMINS are looking at the file.

    So you just wait till a MOD/ADMIN has seen and tested the file, the file will be approved and you can download it :-)
