I've been in a simular situation. You could of had someone put pressure on his neck. Besides, he had to of been close enough to stab him at some point. Tbh i don't ever plan to kill someone, without giving them a chance to redeem themselves, closest ive got is pouring petrol over someone and stood with the lighter ready to set them alight (amazing how they start begging for there life), sound harsh but it was a guy who raped my current girlfriend back in 2007 and decided he would start threatening to do it again last new years.
