    Rules and Guidelines

Note: You may have noticed some changes to a many of the sub sections in the programming section. These changes are with reason and will be explained within the rules and guidelines.

    Sections for Programming Section:

    Warez is NOT permitted.

    (No Tutorials or Tutorial Requests)

Visual Basic Section - Should be used for discussing Visual Basic Codes, Help with Visual Basic Codes, To share a release or code snippet created in Visual Basic.
    (No Tutorials or Tutorial Requests)

Tutorials Section - To be used to share Tutorials from any development language. When you release a tutorial, You should tag it with [Tut][Language used]Name

    Example: [tut][Vb]Proper use of Try/Catch
also, a link back to the section related to the tutorial in the post may be helpful. A example would be, at the end of the post I add

"Have any questions?" Please ask them in the Visual Basic Section.

Tools Section: Tools to help with programing and misc development.
Dll to application Merge software, Dreamweaver,Blubbs snippet tool.
If you are going to release your own tool, or share another, this is the section it goes in.

Other Programming Section - Used for languages that don't have thier own section , C# , Java, Etc. Use this section for those languages.

    Same Rules apply.

Each Section will now have a "Snippets Vault" Lets fill them up with code snippets for the community.

(it is up to blubb and xscape if they want to make a snippets application to parse the vaults or not, I will ask, Or if your in this section and want to create a parser for the snippets you can as well.)

if it falls under any of the categories mentioned above, then no. if its made in VB, it goes three, if its made in C/C++ it goes there, etc.

If anyone claims to be me via any other source outside of MPGH private or visitor messages, IT'S NOT ME!
They are trying to trick or scam you. Report them immediately and PM me here for verification.
