Well,Before 2 Reinstals ( ) i got this problem,i think i used tuneup utilities or registry booster to fix this .

Copy and paste the MW2 folder (your Steam one). Open it and then delete the video folder from main. Then go into zone and then english and delete all files that do not have mp_ or _mp in the file name. Then patch the files with the AlterIW ones.
