3. 31 combat level
4. 55 mining (also make tons of money off that)
5. 31 magic

I also have some things like gems i didn't sell yet so u decide what to do with it.

You can't really make a lot of money off mining at 55, as coal has gone down a lot. Also at 61 woodcutting the most you can cut is yews.
