Is .REZ modding Illegal?

The title is self explanitory, but is it? if so how about just the Texture?
Because the only way Nexon will know if you do is if they Open your .REZ files but youcan just incrypt them?LOL so is it?

im pretty sure anything you do to modify the game for your own advantage over other players is against nexon's rules.

i had a youtube vid with a texture mod on my l9 and i got banned for 7 days. stupid clannies posted my IGN in the youtube comments.

Modifying the game client in any way is against their Terms Of Agreement. MMOs are different to other games, it isn't like Valve/Source games where you can modify your client as long as it doesn't give you an unfair advantage.
