he didn't fucking mod it. a long time ago when the arctic wolf was first introduced, the kill thing in the top left corner displayed the regular L9 symbol instead of the arctic wolf.

No L9 Arctic Wolf mod has all the rags and the silencer down perfectly. The only way to do that would be to use the M107 Ghillie, Dragunov Ghillie, L9 Ghillie, M-200 ghillie, or any other ghillied sniper with rags hanging off.
