I favor socialized health care because I live in a country that has it. It does have its drawbacks, such as waiting periods. Obama can't make it a mandate without it being unconstitutional, so it would have to be implemented as a tax. This would raise your taxes, however, I believe the benefits would far outweigh the drawbacks. The lawsuits that your states filed against the federal government for the bill will most likely go to the Supreme Court and fail.
