Ive tryed add this file(d3dx9.h) to allot of diff. folders
Ive tryed like 3 or 4 different bases but all of them always gets this error,anyone got an idea how to fix this?

Like they can never open d3dx9.h file ever,this is when i tried with topblasts base but it always can never can open it

You need to download: Direct X SDK June 2010 - Download details: DirectX Software Development Kit

And then install it, this will give you the files you need.

I've done it to 20 people now and you seem to innocent to deserve their fate.
