Why nexon fking sucks suspeneding pepole for no reason

i thought this might of been the reason why i was temp banned for a week but i wouldn't of thought it was, CAUSE!! it was not my fking fault i was forced so im playing zombies i forgot the maps name, SO i got in this crate and this little faggit kept killing him self out side the door so the door would get stuck he did it everygame to me that fker then i got the D/C i login play some more d/c wttf so i stop playing login BANNED for 1 week what da F so i go search the suspended pepole my name is not there 100% sure, so i wait it out go watch some movies and shit so a few days later aka today i go and loook and seem my name, Reason for suspension abusing glitches / how the fking hell did i fking abuse it you fag nexon it really isn't A GLITCH and i didn't do it the little fker kept locking me in, So from this a$$ hole who kept glitching the door, got me banned for a week from it. Does that make any sense fking NEXON sucks i hate them my spec items will be gone when i come back and so will my other guns i bought
