If you can make a tool that changes your sensitivity to a set sensitivity to match your liking when scoped in, and back when you go back to normal walking

you don't understand what i mean?

A tool that can like quickly press [ or ] a certain amount of times and you have 2 settings
Setting 1) Walking Sensitivity
Setting 2) Scoped Sensitivty

In other FPS games, they're pretty fast.
Like Call of Duty.
Really fast.
I always quickscope in their games.

Well it would work, but no one would use it because most CA snipers fit into two categories:
1. Noobs - People who camp with their snipers in one spot taking out the occasional enemy
2. Pros - People who move around and are mobile with their snipers. They can often quickscope and no scope well.

People don't move when scoped in, sorry.
