-> Download C++ 2010 or 2008 Express

-> Open c++ and make a new project like this...
-New project, then select Win32 Project
-Click Next, then select dll and select empty project

->Right click on Headers Files folder, then Add and New Item....
- New tab or small page will open: follow the steps bellow
-Select c++ or .cpp
- Name it whatever you want

->Empty page will open: from this you will look for code or base, there some bellow me:
