I think TM should be given to any members who has performed exceptional duty regardless of their current position.

Retired Staff should be given to all staff who performed exceptional duty.

SuperUser should be reserve for GMOD+ for exceptional duty and for 15k+ Post count.

Only alternative is to get rid of KGB and use gunmetal. Every other color looks shit (brown).
