Age should definitely be limited. Only people who have gone through puberty should be allowed.

Not just age or puberty, but maturity in general. I've played with some guys who say they're like 16 through 20 and they act like a whiny 12 year old bitch. Example of an immature 16 year old : Purple.
CS forever, i respect him at times but when he acts immature, he really shows it.
Ali is 14, which i forget because he acts mature and well mannered.

Yeah that's what I meant. I just over-simplified it.

Also gotta do a complaints test and a humour test. Like say during clan wars you start mucking around and doing funny shit, a good clan-mate will join in and have a good laugh with you. A bad clan-mate will get all serious and start raging. You gotta be able to join in on the humour and join in on the srious, depending on the situation.

Like in my old COD clan, after a good hour or 2 of scrimmage, we'd have a little fun sesh where we just do stupid shit in public games.
