Hey,i will explain it to you!
OPK:Semi OPK:It show your team mates and you enemy around you.
VIP OPK:Shows only yor enemy in a circle.

Telle Kill:Semi TK:It transports you into your enemies and changes the enemy in a second.
VIP TK:It transports you into your enemie and waits there until you kill the person you are in.

One more thing i have to say is,i am not sure about the VIP options beacuse i never had a VIP hack before.But i am thinking about of buying a VIP and then i will make a video for you about VIP hacks.I will post a video too but only about Semi-hack(OPK,Telle Kill)

BlueIceCrew, your explanations made no sense.

OPK - "teleports" enemy player infront of you (only on your screen, on his screen he's still running around somewhere) so you can kill him, that's atleast how Semi OPK works. Full OPK most likely teleports the whole enemy team.

Telekill - teleports you to an enemy so you can kill him (the distance is enough for knife kill) and when you do that, then it switches to next enemy and so on.
