First turn on the external box ESP (better use it with windowed mode because otherwise you can't see the menu of the hack) If it's turned on the best way to use it is to use the "Hold aim down sight" instead of toggle, The MOUSE2 key activates the hack and allows you to follow an enemy's head and shoot manually.

dude this works but use an modded steam_api.dll and delete the chrashsender.exe after game show up and us any old hack.

Are you trying to say that you get the "Your build of MW2 is no longer valid for online play" error?
