m4 has lower spread and lower recoil = better at spraying

Spray is when you wave the gun barrel back and forth and spreading the bullets out to attempt to hit one or more people. You're not actually aiming at the person, the HK416 is a very good gun when you want to do that. The Famas G2.. not so much.

Out of those, I'd get the FAMAS G2.
Second choice would be the PP 19 MOD.
M416 CQB isn't as good as everyone says, lmfao.
