hmm why say vb installed its just the software you created this with check the version u used for proccessing this (.Net version). i always build mine with either 3.5 or 4.01 allong with an web-installer check the settings most of the time btw why not hotkey assigned stuff for auto speach... its handy for skype if ur on win7 differnet settings for soundoutputs/inputs.

k i made a skype talker ages ago... but in C# its more usefull like injection complete k laggy but working though i might swithc to another voice: "Hatsune Miku" / "Magurine Luka" / "Kagamine Rin" hell yeha i has the voices k not for direct input though export as wav/mp3 play sound event and done.
