what to do with .iwi files?

So I'm looking around and searching for mods, to my f2k tactical, andI stumble upon some nice ones.

Now I tried to follow most of the guides but none of them say anything about these weird .iwi files? I can't seem to convert them and I don't know what to do with them, any advice would be very helpfull.

What? Well I suppose there is a chance I looked in the wrong topic after I searched, not realizing it wasn't combat arms.

Oh and I am looking for skin mods, to change the look of my

f2000 tactical

one last thing, any chance an "anti-kick" mod/hack still exists, I'm kinda getting tired of getting kicked from 3 games in a row, and getting no exp or money. I remember some 'non hackers' on CA, bitched about hackers using an anti kick. I'm wondering if it's VIP only, or if us free users can snag a anti kick.
